Group Training can be a FUN way to workout. It is great for relationship building and accountability!
I offer Group Training for 2-4 participants.
The bulk of the hour-long workout will be challenging, but I always offer modifications to include all fitness levels.
If you are interested in group training with customFIT, gather a few of your neighbors or friends and give me a call. I recommend committing to at least 3 months of group training, twice per week, to achieve best fitness and habit-forming results.
* customFIT plans are 4 consecutive week long plans, and I request payment up front. Payment plans are available.
* customFIT cancellation policy requests client to cancel 24 hours before session time, if possible.
* Rescheduling missed or cancelled sessions must be made up within the 4-week plan, or else they will simply be paid missed sessions.
* No refunds for short-notice cancellations or no-shows.
For groups larger than 5, I offer a Boot Camp on Saturday mornings on occasion. This program is available to anyone currently signed up for a customFIT Program. A water bottle, exercise mat and hand weights are needed for Boot Camp. Inquire about Group Training or Boot Camp here.
