NUTRITION COACHING & MEAL PLANNING:

You won't achieve top results with your fitness until you are equally committed to eating well. In an effort to be fully transparent, I have no formal nutrition education, but over the past 10 years, I've made steps to improve my own nutrition to better understand what benefits myself, my family and others. I have also supported clients to accomplishing overall nutritional health as well as weight loss. I won't sell you a product. I will, however, encourage you to fall in love with nutrient-rich foods. I believe it is important for us to understand what our bodies require and benefit from versus what our bodies desire and are potentially harmed by. Food is required for life, and I will encourage my clients to make the best choices. I will stress the importance of consuming vegetables, whole grains and lean protein forms. And I will encourage you to avoid processed foods as much as possible.

I believe, as a country, we need to be reminded of the definition of "food" as any nutritious substance that people or animals eat or drink, or that plants absorb, in order to maintain life and growth.
